◆Seminar Overview
Recently, the movement of Japanese companies listing on Nasdaq has been accelerating.
In 2019, Kura Sushi USA, Inc. listed, followed by Medirom Healthcare Technologies Inc. in 2020, Yoshitsu Co., Ltd and HeartCore Enterprises, Inc. in 2022, and this year, AERWINS Technologies Inc. (formerly A.L.I. Technologies) and Syla Technologies Co., Ltd. have conducted IPOs.
Following this trend, on June 7, Mediagene Inc. announced it will list on Nasdaq via a SPAC merger with The News Lens Co., and on the same day, Pixie Dust Technologies, Inc. announced its own IPO on Nasdaq.
n this seminar, our firm’s Ryoji Komiya and Masato Minamizuka, who have long been engaged in U.S. capital market advisory services (including during their previous tenure at KPMG), will discuss the unfiltered realities in a conversational format.
