A recognised leader in sustainability strategy across the global financial sector, Ms. Zeniya served as Chief Sustainability Officer (CSuO) of the MUFG Group before founding evergreenp in 2025. Through her work, she has played a vital role in bridging regulatory frameworks, investor expectations, and corporate action—helping organisations enhance their non-financial value in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

I myself have spent many years shaping sustainability strategy in both domestic and global financial institutions. After serving as Group Chief Sustainability Officer (CSuO) at MUFG, I founded evergreenp, where I support financial institutions and corporates in enhancing their non-financial value from a truly global perspective. From designing frameworks to engaging investors and integrating efforts within companies, I’ve worked hand-in-hand with international initiatives to deliver practical, strategic solutions.
What drew me to Quantum Accounting is plain: it’s a firm that goes beyond traditional accounting and finance to get right to the heart of business, partnering with mission-driven companies to balance social value and business performance. The vision to pursue both societal impact and economic success—and the team culture of striving for value creation together—resonates deeply with me.
